    A trip, a meal, your home or anything else. Pick an emoji and choose which rate converts bolívares.

  2. Add expenses

    Each in the currency it was paid in. Split equally, by exact amounts, percentages, shares or items.

  3. Settle up

    Cuadra works out who pays whom with the fewest transfers. Record payments in full or in part.

Currencies & rates

Four currencies.
One balance that adds up.

Log each expense in $, €, USDT or Bs. Cuadra converts using the official BCV rate for dollars and euros, or the Binance P2P rate for USDT, updated live from DolarFlashVe.

  • One reference per group, another when an expense needs it. The group uses BCV, Binance or a rate you type in; any expense can override it.
  • Payments lock the rate. Expenses are valued at the current rate; a payment keeps the rate of the day it’s recorded, and you can type in the rate you actually got.
  • Settled groups stay settled. Once everyone is at zero, rates freeze so the group doesn’t “reopen” when the rate moves. You can also freeze them anytime with “Lock rates”.

Is Cuadra free?

Yes. You can use every feature without paying. In the future we may show ads or offer optional premium features; if that happens, we’ll let you know in advance.

Do my friends need an account?

No. You can add anyone by name and track their expenses all the same. If they want to see the group and add expenses, they join with the invite link or the 8-character code; an admin approves the request and they can claim their name to inherit its expenses.

Which exchange rate does Cuadra use?

Whichever the group picks as its bolívar reference: the official BCV rate (dollar and euro), the Binance P2P rate for USDT (sell side) or a custom rate you type in. Each expense can use a different one. Rates come live from DolarFlashVe.

What if the rate changes after a payment?

That payment doesn’t change: every payment keeps the rate of the day it’s recorded, and you can type in the rate you actually got. Outstanding expenses are valued at the current rate. Once a group is fully settled its rates freeze so it doesn’t reopen; you can also freeze them anytime with “Lock rates”.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Cuadra keeps a copy of your groups on your device, so you can check them and add expenses without a connection. Changes sync automatically when you’re back online.

What do you do with my data? Can I delete my account?

We process your data to provide the service and keep it secure. Your groups are only visible to their members, and analytics only runs if you accept it. You can export your expenses to CSV and delete your account in the app under Account → Delete account.
